This song is not written about a man in my life it’s written about finding love in not someone but in your passion. In God and in your love of writing and singing. I find great love when I sing and write songs and it will always be something I do because it gives me joy. It is my rock song. He is. Ha! He as in God, with the gifts he has given to me.
I make him proud and smile every time I sing a tune and I can feel him smiling down on me when I feel the music in my soul and sing it aloud.
Art is colourful and I paint the world with my colour no matter the darkness that tries to cover me. I will always shine above all shadows simply because I love me and love living life just as I am. With love and passion and freedom of expression.
